Be Relentless
The story of a WayMaker.
Move from sleepwalking through life to intentional living, and turn obstacles into opportunities.
Get BookWhen a seat opens, we look at the bench first. If you want on this team, be on it. When we have a position, it will be listed right here.
/ Who this team is for
We do not talk about excellence. We painstakingly extract it. It will be the hardest work you have ever done. You will grow, you will rise, and you will have the best time of your life doing it.
/ The warpath
We are building what does not exist yet, at the speed it takes to matter. If you want a job, this is the wrong door. If you want the hardest problems and the people who solve them, it is the right one.
/ How you apply
Tell us who you are and what you've built. If it fits, we'll have a conversation.
/ What it pays
You see the plan before you sign. If you have a way to produce revenue at the level we build at, say so in the first line and we will talk sooner.
/ Who we want
You create. You learn the new thing on the way to building it.
You do not need the plan to be finished before you move, and you take others with you.
In your curiosity, in your craft, and in getting where you said you would go.
/ The bar
Radical accountability: no blame, no weather, no waiting. If it is in your path, it is yours. It takes a standard this high to do what others will not, so we can do what others cannot.
/ How we look after our own
Your finances, your fitness, your family. We protect each other, so we look for the weak spot early and shore it up together. If that bothers you, this is not your team.
/ The bench
When a seat opens, we look at the bench first. Tell us who you are and what you have built.

I’ve planted many trees the shade of which I will never enjoy. Though I’ve never planted them for this reason. I’ve planted them so that I may enjoy the act of planting trees. The shade and who will enjoy them when the trees are fully grown is only an afterthought, and for me a fiction.
